Shipping policy

Babsi Cards ships from the United Kingdom. This policy explains how we process and deliver orders placed through babsicards.com.
Order processing and dispatch
Orders placed before 3:00 pm UK time on a business day are normally handed to the carrier the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends or on UK bank holidays are normally processed on the next business day.
Dispatch times are estimates rather than guarantees. Payment or address checks, unusually high order volumes, pre-orders and circumstances outside our reasonable control can delay dispatch. If a product page states a different dispatch date, the product-page information takes priority.
United Kingdom delivery
Available services are calculated at checkout according to the items in your basket, parcel weight and delivery address. Current UK options include:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48: normally 2–3 business days after dispatch.
- Royal Mail Tracked 24: normally the next business day after dispatch.
Royal Mail delivery times are targets and are not guaranteed. UK tracked delivery currently starts from £3.99. Some eligible UK orders of £60 or more qualify for free Tracked 48 delivery; when available, this is applied automatically at checkout.
International delivery
We currently offer delivery to supported EU and worldwide destinations where a shipping option is available at checkout. EU Standard International delivery currently starts at £14.99. Worldwide Standard International delivery currently starts at £23.99, and FedEx Express may be available for eligible parcels.
International prices and available services vary by destination, parcel weight and the products ordered. The options and price shown at checkout are the ones that apply to your order. International delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs processing, local carriers and events outside our control.
Customs, import VAT and duties
International orders may be subject to import VAT, customs duty, handling fees or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless these charges are expressly collected at checkout, they are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping charge. We cannot control these charges or customs delays.
Tracking
When your selected service includes tracking, we will send tracking details after the carrier accepts the parcel. Tracking can take a short time to update after dispatch. Please check your email address and spam folder for shipping notifications.
Delivery addresses and changes
Please check the delivery address carefully before completing checkout. If you need to correct an address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or been dispatched.
If a parcel is returned because the address supplied was incomplete or incorrect, or because delivery was refused or not collected, we will contact you to arrange the next step. Additional delivery charges may apply where permitted by law.
Split shipments
We may send items from the same order in separate parcels where necessary. If we do, you will not be charged an additional shipping fee unless we agree this with you in advance.
Late, missing or damaged parcels
If your parcel is late, please first check the tracking information and any delivery notice left by the carrier. If it has not arrived within the carrier’s expected timeframe, contact us and we will help investigate.
If an order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the outer packaging, shipping label and affected items. Please keep all packaging while we review the issue.
Goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you or to a person you identified to receive them, except where you independently arranged a carrier that we did not offer. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
